Very knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through everything about the cars I was looking at even though it was VERY late in the day. He helped streamline paperwork by typing in information verses me having to write it all on documents which saved time. He kept checking on me to see if I had any questions while he was explaining processes and registering me for BlueLink. He knew what he was talking about and was quick to get things taken care of. I also appreciate him getting my vehicle ready and cleaned up for me to take home after the service department had already closed for the night.
